Please make your payment within 2 days after receiving the confirmation email.
Item(s) will not be reserved if payment is not received within 2 days.
After payment, please email and let us know the following details: - Name - Amount Transferred - Date Transferred - Reference/ Transaction Number
Your item(s) will be mailed to you within 3 - 5 working days.

Order will be process only upon receipt of payment.
Delivery Method
Normal Postage = SGD 1.00 per piece Registered Mail = SGD 2.50 per piece Audrey Fashion will not be responsible for any lost of mail by normal postage.

Return Policy
Audrey Fashion guarantee that all goods sold are brand new and will be checked for defects prior to mailing.
Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Goods can only be exchange in the event that Audrey Fashion made a wrong shipment, we will be liable for the additional postage costs to rectify the error. Goods returned must be unworned and unwashed.
